Tina Courtemanche

As a Property Manager at McGuire Development Company, Tina Courtemanche maintains a proactive and positive relationship with all her tenants and works closely with them to meet their building’s needs. Her client and tenant relations approach includes learning and understanding their business models. That enables her to anticipate their future needs and develop and implement strategies to address them.

Tina manages daily facility operations, prepares budget forecasts and projections, interfaces with vendors, resolves facility and client problems, develops bid packages, directs maintenance personnel, and coordinates and executes special projects for the Airport Commerce Park. Tina’s interpersonal skills and management knowledge make her an effective and respected property manager.

Tina has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where she also received a Certification in HR Management and an associate degree in Accounting.
