As Property Manager, James handles managing a majority of McGuire Development’s vast portfolio of properties, coordination with maintenance technicians, negotiating vendor communications and involvement in every step from service quotes through project completion. James is also Head of the Maintenance Technicians.

James has impeccable experience in providing superior customer service. He delivers on complex ownership expectations and carries through requested objectives at every property managed. He enjoys finding operational efficiencies at his properties for smooth, cost-saving outcomes, supporting his team internally, rolling up his sleeves on difficult tasks, and putting our tenants first.

James brings over 9 years of successful customer service experience well equipped for our Property Management Portfolio. Since 2011, he has been heavily involved in the hospitality industry, serving in a number of positions leading up to his role as General Manager of the Niagara Falls Holiday Inn. His background in hotel management and experience with client service within the hospitality industry helps fulfill the needs of our tenants around WNY.

James is a Kenmore West graduate who went on to pursue Culinary Arts at local trade school Erie One. He is a member of the Young Professionals of Buffalo/Rochester organization and has a dog named Saffron.
