Crystal Guash

As Portfolio Asset Manager at McGuire Development Company (MDC), Crystal Guash provides asset management, property management, construction support, and superior tenant service for the company’s portfolio properties. Crystal first joined MDC’s property management team as our Dispatch Operator assisting the property management team on various projects. Crystal worked her way up through the ranks as Property Manager, Assistant VP, Property Management to her current position as Asset Manager. Crystal has degrees in Building Management & Maintenance and Environmental Design in Urban Planning and graduated with honors from the University at Buffalo. She was involved in rehabilitating an estate in South Buffalo, where she worked with Americorps, ECC City Campus, historic preservationists, and members of the Buffalo Common Council through a City Hall internship. Her previous professional experience includes various customer service, retail, and management positions.

Crystal is on the Board of Directors for BOMA Buffalo, is highly involved in her church’s operations, providing services and coordinating marketing, music performance, and child education programs. She is also a dedicated member of a team for Aids Walk Buffalo, an annual event that supports Evergreen Health Services of WNY.
