Buffalo Medical Group Project Overview

McGuire serves as Buffalo Medical Group’s (BMG) exclusive real estate consultant. Buffalo Medical Group, one of Western New York’s largest and most comprehensive physician groups, owns and leases property throughout the region, including the Northtowns, Southtowns, and the City of Buffalo.

In addition to renegotiating BMG’s existing lease, McGuire continues to assist Buffalo Medical Group in all facets of real estate services including Owner Representation for their new 45,000 SF state-of-the-art medical office building in Orchard Park, NY.

As Buffalo Medical Group’s exclusive real estate consultant, McGuire Development oversees the construction process, holding weekly meetings with the construction team and BMG’s management team to ensure the project remains on time and within budget.

McGuire facilitated the lease of new Class A medical office space. This involved the renegotiation of BMG’s lease to include additional space and the addition of a tenant improvement allowance for significant renovations.

McGuire has also worked diligently with Buffalo Medical Group on the development and implementation of its 10-year real estate plan, ensuring it coincides with the company’s mission.
