This 15,000 SF Class A office building on Main Street in Williamsville, NY features high-end finishes and energy-efficient materials. The property was historically part of a larger parcel that was once farmland and home to an 1800s barn. Our team was determined to save the historic barn and worked closely with local preservationists to document and structure the dismantling of the barn and donate it to the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village, where it is currently showcased.
