Harolds Square is the first 12-story, multi-use building in the heart of Ithaca Commons, just minutes from Cornell University and Ithaca College. It offers 70,000 SF of commercial mixed-use space on floors one through five. Each floor can be subdivided to meet individual tenant needs.
The Harolds Square building was designed and built with a focus on sustainability. The building achieved a tier-three NYSERDA certification, meaning it will use at least 40% less energy than a similarly code-built building. The building is solar powered from an offsite solar field, is highly insulated with Superior Insulation, and has high-efficiency LED lighting throughout. Plus, a secure bike storage area is available to all commercial tenants to facilitate Ithacans’ efforts to reduce their carbon footprint.
