Serena Thomaidis

As McGuire Development Company’s (MDC) Property Manager, Serena Thomaidis manages her own portfolio as well as providing administrative support, five-star customer service, and comprehensive support to tenants and building owners through our dispatch operator and work order systems. Serena promptly handles tasks and requests for her department, works closely with vendors to obtain service quotes/bids, and coordinates daily activities within the Facilities and Property Management departments.

Serena prides herself on maintaining close professional relationships with her tenants and vendors. She is invested in ensuring that the questions and tenant concerns from MDC’s more than 5M square feet of professional commercial real estate property are addressed.

Before joining MDC, Serena attended The State University of New York at Binghamton, where she received her B.A. in Biology.
