Lynsee Osadchuk


As Assistant Controller of McGuire Development Company, Lynsee works closely with McGuire’s Accounting, Finance, and Development departments, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve the financial performance and productivity of both capital and development projects. She brings over 25 years of accounting and human resource-related experience to the team. Lynsee is hyper-focused on ensuring the day-to-day operations of the entire Accounting team run smoothly while reporting on more than 40 corporate entities, in addition to all active projects. She is a powerhouse in ensuring complete accuracy of data for accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as
the general ledger.

Prior to her role at McGuire Development, Lynsee provided financial, operational, and administrative support for general contracting, construction management and development companies focused in industries ranging from education, technology, medical, food/beverage, retail, entertainment, hospitality and manufacturing.

Her prior experience includes various local projects that have played an integral part in the resurgence of Buffalo, such as The Buffalo Museum of Science, Darwin Martin House, the Richardson Complex, and Shea’s Performing Arts Center. She also worked closely with County Industrial Development Agencies on projects with tax incentive distinction, as well as additional capital improvement projects throughout Western New York.

Through the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and WNY, Lynsee has been trained and certified on various NYS Sales Tax, NYS Workers Compensation, Human Resource, and OSHA related procedures and requirements.

Lynsee is a native of Ithaca, NY where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Tompkins Cortland Community College and pursued additional coursework at Cornell University prior to relocating to Buffalo in 1997. She is currently a Clarence, NY resident.
