Harolds Square, Ithaca, NY

Harolds Square is the first 12 story multi-use building in the heart of downtown Ithaca, New York.   Just minutes from Cornell University and Ithaca College, Harolds Square offers 78 market-rate apartments where residents enjoy amenities including a modern, well-equipped fitness center, pet wash, and a rooftop terrace offering unparalleled views of Cayuga Lake. Approximately 70,000 square feet of Class-A office and retail space complete this development.  The project also included the rehabilitation of the historic Sage Building, a fixture on State Street since 1884.

Developed with our Ithaca-based partner L Enterprises, the Harolds Square building was designed and built with a focus on sustainability, achieving tier-three NYSERDA certification: the Harolds Square building will use at least 40% less energy than a similarly code-built building.
