Lindsay Munschauer, Esq.

As a Project Manager and member of McGuire Development Company’s (MDC) Development & Acquisitions Team, Lindsay Munschauer manages development projects from ideation to execution and stabilization. She works directly with architects, contractors, lenders and third-party vendors to bring the team’s development visions to reality.

Lindsay’s current project is The Rails, a 300,000-square-foot redevelopment of a former industrial site in Buffalo, N.Y.  This transit-oriented development will add 312 apartments, a new retail space, and a renovated office building to Buffalo’s University District.

Lindsay is also a licensed attorney and can offer unique, legal-focused insights on complex issues that arise during projects. She has experience working on projects involving historic and brownfield tax credits.

Before joining MDC, Lindsay worked as an Associate in a large regional law firm’s Real Estate and Finance practice area. Before that, she was a producer in local television news.

Lindsay received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Buffalo Law Review.
