McGuire Development purchased the former 150,000 square foot Sheehan Memorial Hospital in 2015, converting it into Class A office space with five stories of commercial tenants. Recognizing the potential of the space, our team was able to successfully work with the building’s extra-large floor plates to carve out practical and useful office space.  The addition of high-quality finishes as well integration of energy-efficient systems, including new windows and LED lighting, helped transform this once-shuttered hospital into a high-performing asset.
