Jason Merrell is a commercial real estate advisor representing property owners, investors, and businesses throughout South Florida. His experience spans industrial, retail, office, owner-user transactions, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation.
Jason takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach to every assignment, helping clients identify on- and off-market opportunities, evaluate their options, and make informed real estate decisions aligned with their business and investment objectives. His goal is to serve as a long-term real estate resource to his clients rather than simply facilitate individual transactions. Prior to joining McGuire Real Estate Services, Jason built his career in the highly competitive Long Island commercial real estate market.
Jason is based in Fort Lauderdale and resides in Boca Raton. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and is a licensed sales associate in Florida.
