As AVP, Development and Acquisitions/Managing Broker of the Florida office, Brian is responsible for fostering growth within McGuire Development’s existing portfolio and expanding their Florida portfolio. Brian’s focus is on leading acquisition and Development efforts, Financial Analysis, Asset Management, and generating opportunities. In addition to his portfolio and development responsibilities, Brian is an experienced CRE broker well versed Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, and Consulting. Brian has provided his clients with the highest level of service in the development, sales, and leasing of over $135 Million worth of real estate including office, retail, industrial, and land. He is focused on driving value for his clients through a detailed and disciplined process that has yielded outstanding results and long-term relationships.
Brian is based in downtown Fort Lauderdale. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John Fisher College. Brian is a licensed Real Estate Broker in FL and NY.
