Eric joined McGuire Development Company as Controller, bringing with him a well-rounded background in commercial real estate accounting, financial reporting, and portfolio management. With hands-on experience across property acquisitions, development projects, and ongoing asset management, Eric has a practical understanding of how financial operations support the bigger picture in real estate.
In his role at MDC, Eric is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities, and delivering timely reporting to ownership and clients. He has extensive experience with Yardi Voyager and a strong track record of building organized, efficient processes that keep complex portfolios running smoothly.
Before joining MDC, Eric spent several years in commercial real estate finance, where he developed expertise in areas including Historic Tax Credits, multi-entity accounting, and property management operations.
Eric holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Niagara University.
