James Mahoney

As a Senior Property Manager, James Mahoney manages McGuire Development Company’s property portfolio, coordinating with maintenance technicians, negotiating vendor communications, and overseeing every step, from service quotes through project completion. James also manages the Maintenance Technicians, facilitating their support to our tenants.

James has extensive experience providing superior customer service. He delivers on complex ownership expectations and carries through requested objectives at every property managed. He enjoys finding operational efficiencies at his properties for smooth, cost-saving outcomes, supporting his team internally, rolling up his sleeves on challenging tasks, and putting the company’s tenants first.

Before joining MDC, James had over 10 years of successful customer service experience, including serving as General Manager of the Niagara Falls Holiday Inn.

James is a member of the Young Professionals of Buffalo/Rochester organization and BOMA Buffalo.
