Elias’s career began in 2002 as a Loan Administrator and Branch Manager at the Fort Lauderdale Branch of Transcontinental Lending Group. From there, he transitioned to Commercial Property Realty Advisors, where he excelled as a salesperson specializing in the commercial leasing of office and industrial properties. He began focusing on property management in 2007, using his multifaceted skill set to maximize the value and potential of every property under his care. Over the years, he honed his expertise, consistently ensuring that every property is meticulously managed and its financial performance optimized to enhance its overall value.

Elias has achieved various accreditations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA).
