Lindsay Munschauer, Esq.

As a Project Manager and member of McGuire Development Company’s Development & Acquisitions Team, Lindsay’s focus is on managing development projects from the ideation phase through to execution and stabilization.  In this role, she works directly with architects, contractors, and third-party vendors to bring the team’s development visions to reality.

Lindsay’s current project is The Rails, a 300,000 S.F. redevelopment of a former industrial site in Buffalo, N.Y.  This transit-oriented development will add 312 apartments, a new retail space, and a renovated office building to Buffalo’s University District.

In addition to her development responsibilities, as a licensed attorney, Lindsay brings a legal focused background to McGuire Development, offering unique insight on complex issues that arise during projects. She has experience working on projects involving historic and brownfield tax credits.

Prior to joining McGuire Development, Lindsay worked as an Associate the Real Estate and Finance practice area of a large regional law firm.  Before that, she was a producer in local television news.

Lindsay received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.  She received her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Buffalo Law Review.
