Medaille College Project Overview

McGuire Development was retained by the owners of the Amherst Tech Park to find a new tenant for the company’s former headquarters at 30 Wilson Road. The team understood the value of a 50,000 sq. ft. facility on a 20-acre park-like campus and within minutes of the New York State Thruway and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, and worked diligently to find the ideal tenant for the building.

Our team discovered Medaille College was looking to add another campus to its portfolio due to increased enrollment.

McGuire Development worked hand-in-hand with Medaille College and the project architect to redesign the interior of the building to convert it from an office building to a higher education facility on a shortened timeline. The entire process from revisioning and initial design to move-in took just four months.
