Kadimah Academy Project Overview

McGuire Development was retained to market and broker the sale of the Kadimah Academy building on Eggert Road in Amherst. The Nursery – Eighth Grade secular and Judaic school had an abundance of space and was looking for a purchaser that would allow the Academy to remain in a portion of the building.

The 32,907 SF school is situated on five acres and featured more than $5 million in recent renovations. It includes 316 feet of frontage along Eggert Road, ample off-street parking, a bus loop, athletic fields, state-of-the-art mechanicals, and spacious classrooms.

As the exclusive broker of record, McGuire Development facilitated the sale of the building to a local developer. The developer, in turn, leased approximately a quarter of the building back to Kadimah Academy and the remaining three-quarters of the building to CHC Learning Center, which provides educational and therapeutic programming for preschool and school-age children.
