Catholic Diocese of Buffalo Project Overview

When executives from the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo strategically reorganized a number of its parishes, schools, and related properties, they turned to the professionals at McGuire Development to secure relationships for the sale, redevelopment, and reuse of the properties.

At the request of the Diocese, our team worked to keep the buildings and properties intact, marketing, and selling them as complete real estate packages, as opposed to individual parcels. The effective disposition of the properties was reinforced by our transparent business philosophy, which allowed the Diocese to serve as a key participant in the decisions and details surrounding the sales.
