Catholic Charities Health Center Project Overview

First retained in 2009, McGuire has served as Catholic Charities’ facilities and real estate consultant providing comprehensive real estate services. These services encompass a number of areas including management of the organization’s lease portfolio, capital budgeting for owned properties, strategic review of the agency’s real estate ownership structure, brokerage, asset management, construction management, tenant representation, and property management.

Recently, McGuire served as the Owner’s Representative for the construction of the new Catholic Charities Health Center in the former Nativity Roman Catholic Church on Buffalo’s West Side. This project was the first of its kind, with a state-of-the-art health center constructed entirely within the nave of the church.

The multitude of services McGuire has provided Catholic Charities over the years has resulted in a strong, lasting relationship.
