In 2015 McGuire Development and Algonquin met on their current space inside 403 Main Street, the Brisbane Building. Our team helped present potential space planning to make the most of their space, site identification. Their current financial analysis and a market feasibility study was also performed to determine the possibility of moving locations, and site comparison analysis were conducted for Algonquin to give them the option of relocation.
Algonquin utilized our lease negotiation services, and offer & confirmation letter writing to ultimately end up staying in the Brisbane Building. We provided them with construction oversight, lease compliance services, and current lease evaluation options thoughout the WNY region.
