6325 Main Street Project Overview

McGuire Development Company purchased 1.5 acres of land in Williamsville, NY. In addition to boasting a superior location, the property was once part of a larger parcel that was once farmland and home to an 1800s barn.
Our team was determined to save the historic barn and worked closely with local preservationists to document and structure the dismantling of the barn and donate it to the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village, where it is currently showcased.
