McGuire Development Company responded to a formal RFP released by Erie County Social Services, looking for a new proposed space and a tenant representative to represent Erie County in the real estate transaction. Our team responded to this RFP, and after many months of contract negotiation, we were awarded the contract. We recommended personalized built-out space in our AppleTree Business Park, located at 2875 Union Road in Cheektowaga, NY.
