The Property Accountant applies generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare standard journal entries, assist with setting up of new properties, new leases, and new tenants.  Prepare standard accounting and financial reports for management and ownership for our vast portfolio.
