Marketing Manager


This collaborative role interacts with all internal teams to ensure seamless planning through execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and objectives. The Marketing Manager role delivers strategic management and execution of all digital and print marketing, planning and strategy, PR, campaign development, promotions, community engagement, sponsorships and content creation. Developing actionable insights and engaging marketing ideas are critical, presenting and delivering effective, strong marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness to build grow and engaging our existing and new customer base and high level marketing collateral are standard.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, reporting and presenting KPI’s, data metrics and ROI based on campaigns
  • Developing thought pieces from market data and trends, to communicate brand identity and industry knowledge internally and externally
  • Managing accountability, implementation and usage of internal cloud based EOS platform for team’s vision, goals, measurables and meeting management “Ninety by EOS”
  • Conducting regular competitor and customer audits for brand research to support and develop effective marketing plans
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, monitoring costs and spend
  • Designing/developing all internal print and digital marketing collateral for all departments
  • Attentively collaborate across internal teams to develop effective projects that align to company goals, standards, and fit audience and message.
  • Design and develop advertising materials for the organization
  • Digital presentations and proposal work flow coordination
  • Manage and implement company website operation, maintenance and updates
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and reporting
  • Negotiate with vendors, media contacts, agencies and freelancers for advantageous results
  • Edit and manage commercial real estate listings on company website, LoopNet
  • Create and manage work flow for new and existing sign requests for brokerage team
  • Collect and edit photography for internal use or external marketing use
  • Create and execute development of micro brands and corporate identity initiatives for commercial real estate properties
  • High end brand touchpoints for company offices
  • Ideate and contribute towards McGuire company culture initiatives
  • Strategically planning, implementation, and managing external client facing events
  • Brainstorming local outreach for specific properties, departments and company overall
  • Assistance with visioning & best use audits for current & future properties with development team
  • Floor plan and architectural drawing editing & updating
  • Marketing touchpoint creation for leadership team to outside clients (PowerPoints, flipbooks, poster display materials)
